We seek someone with visual sensitivity, enthusiasm for social media, and a desire to be part of a dynamic team where diverse projects happen every day. If you enjoy creating, editing, experimenting with new ideas, and working for a brand rooted in dance, energy, and people, this role may be for you. Your responsibilities will include: \* Creating graphic content for social media, campaigns, events, and internal communications; \* Supporting video capture and editing for reels, stories, ads, and other digital formats; \* Adapting content for different platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email marketing, and the website; \* Collaborating on campaign development and communication ideas for ALC Dance Studios and associated projects; \* Using digital tools and Artificial Intelligence to support the creative process, accelerate tasks, and explore new solutions; \* Helping maintain a consistent, creative, and brand-aligned visual identity. What we’re looking for: \* Qualification at Level 6 of the National Qualifications Framework, preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Management, Design, or related fields; \* Experience in graphic design, content creation, and digital communication; \* Knowledge of video editing, even at beginner or intermediate level; \* Interest in social media, digital trends, and content creation for brands; \* Experience or curiosity about using Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design, video, marketing, or workflow organization; \* Strong aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn; \* Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively. We also value: \* Knowledge of Meta Ads, digital marketing, or automation; \* Experience with photography, video, reels, or event-related content; \* Ability to generate fresh ideas and adapt to various project types.
