Job Summary: Electro Siluz is seeking a Quality and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Technician to maintain and improve management systems, ensuring compliance with requirements and standards. Positive work environment Electro Siluz, a leading company in the lighting and electrical materials sector, aims to strengthen its team with a Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Technician, ensuring continuous maintenance and improvement of our management systems. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements; * Implement and monitor OHS standards and procedures; * Conduct internal audits and support external audits; * Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Develop internal awareness and training activities in Quality and OHS areas; * Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic reports. Requirements: * Professional certification in Quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or equivalent); * Occupational Health and Safety Technician Competency Certificate (Level IV or VI); * Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred); * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and OHS legislation; * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation.
