Job Summary: PECOL – Fastening Systems is recruiting a Product Manager to manage product categories, propose new product launches, monitor product lifecycle, and define product policies. PECOL – Fastening Systems is part of this dynamic, solid, and experienced corporate group and is currently recruiting a **Product Manager (M/F).** **Job Description:** * Manage a product category; * Propose new product launches; * Monitor product lifecycle; * Manage suppliers; * Define pricing and communication policies for products; * Create and manage information (technical datasheets, product sheets, certifications, catalogs, thematic brochures, and videos); * Participate in national and international trade fairs; * Provide support and training to the sales network on product-related matters; * Analyze complaints regarding product quality and all related procedures; **Profile:** * Higher education degree in Management, Marketing, or Engineering; * Knowledge of fastening products and/or construction materials (preferred); * Entrepreneurial, proactive, and persistent mindset; * Enjoyment of working under pressure, with specific goals to achieve; **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing group * Initial and continuous training. **Submit Your Application:** * Cover letter response * Send CV via simplified application (LinkedIn) or to recursoshumanos@pecol.pt
