Responsibilities Planning, implementation, and monitoring of digital campaigns focused on engagement and conversion; Management and updating of content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others; Creation of platform-appropriate posts (text, image, and video); Responding to messages, comments, and information requests across digital channels; Tracking potential customers (leads) throughout the sales funnel until conversion; Providing basic information and support regarding the company’s products and/or services.
