If you are passionate about technology, skilled at solving problems, and eager to grow professionally, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide user support and assist with procedures * Document technical procedures and configurations * Identify high-difficulty processes for improvement and reduction of execution time * Maintain ongoing communication for preventive actions * Manage backup and recovery systems (Veeam, Backup Exec or similar) * Install, configure, and maintain workstations, PDAs, fixed and mobile telephony, and printers * Manage users and access (Active Directory, GPOs, and identity services) * Maintain and support LAN/WAN networks, switching, Wi\-Fi, and IP telephony * Diagnose and resolve incidents in office and factory systems * Manage IT inventory * Automate administrative tasks (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) * Use ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceDesk) **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role * Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications * Knowledge of Active Directory * Analytical ability and functional knowledge **We Value:** * Networking knowledge (Fortinet, Unifi, Cisco Meraki) * Cybersecurity knowledge (FortiNAC, FortiDLP) **What We Offer:** Dynamic and collaborative work environment; Opportunity for development and advancement; Compensation commensurate with demonstrated experience.
