Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated DevOps Engineer to contribute to the financial sector, with a focus on application deployment and continuous integration for critical leasing applications. Proficiency in CI/CD, containerization, and distributed architectures Who Are We Looking For? * An experienced DevOps Engineer with over 6 years of professional experience, motivated to contribute to the financial sector—specifically in application deployment and continuous integration for critical leasing applications; * Proven hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes; * Solid understanding of containerization concepts, including Docker, images, pods, and services; * Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Git, XLDeploy, and XLRelease, coupled with deep knowledge of DevOps best practices; * Experience with application servers (JBOSS, Tomcat) and sound understanding of distributed (Web) technical architectures and client-server models; * Knowledge of Oracle 19c Exadata (DBMS) database administration and strong Unix and Windows scripting skills; * Familiarity with batch processing, including batch schedulers (e.g., Control-M), and ability to produce associated implementation documentation (DMOT); * Understanding of common programming languages (Python, Java) and concepts related to networking, security, and cloud storage; * Experience with testing and acceptance tools (Jira, XRAY) and incident/change management tools (ServiceNow) is considered an advantage; * French language proficiency at B2 level is mandatory. English language skills are a plus; * Valid work authorization for Portugal (residence permit or work permit) is required.
