Participation in challenging projects of national relevance We are recruiting for the Porto and Famalicão areas for a Site Manager Engineer responsible for ensuring comprehensive planning, preparation, and coordination of on-site work. You will provide technical and economic oversight of the contract, support monthly production controls, manage measurement certificates with the Client and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and profitability. You will serve as a key liaison between the construction site, internal team, and external stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in civil construction and building projects. Strong initiative, proactivity, and resilience. Leadership skills, time management, and teamwork capabilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining high technical rigor.
