Balance technical development with people and process management At WINNING CONSULTING, we are looking for a **Tech Domain Lead** profile to join the teams of a prestigious client in the Services sector, located in Maia – *(On-site)* **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate the Delivery component for a set of products, projects, and software development teams in the Customer and Digital Enablement area; * Coordinate planning, estimations, and ensure technical alignment across teams; * Lead the implementation of the technical strategy within your domain of action; * Balance technical development with people management (Tech Leads, Developers, and QAs) and process management; * Promote the application of guidelines, standards, and best practices in architecture, engineering, and quality, and drive excellence in the delivery of developed products and projects; * Contribute to the evolution of the Customer and Digital Enablement areas. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or similar; * Previous experience as an Engineering Leader or Engineering Manager in Software Development; * Clear understanding of, and ideally prior experience with, **SDLC, K8s, GCP, Android, APIs, SSL, .Net, Angular, React, DBs, CI/CD, SaaS, RAD, UX, UI, A11y, AI**; * Solid experience with estimations, prioritization, planning, removal of blockers, and management of multiple development teams; * Analytical mindset and ability to make well-considered decisions and drive process improvements; * Empathy and assertiveness; * Excellent communication skills. **Who Are We?** Winning Consulting is a consulting firm offering services in consulting, training, recruitment, and research.
