Are you in? **Your Role** Key responsibilities in your new role * Collaborate across **web analytics, paid media, and sales pipeline data** to optimize the B2B customer journey * Develop **propensity\-to\-design\-win scoring models**, combining engagement signals (downloads, page views, product interest) with CRM insights to rank ISPNs and contacts by their likelihood of moving to socket or design win * **Integrate advanced LLMs and AI agents** seamlessly with enterprise systems, APIs, and diverse data sources * **Apply deep domain expertise** to resolve complex business and technical challenges and **improve processes** * Lead projects or project steps, ensuring quality and timely delivery of outcomes * Serve as a mentor and resource for colleagues, including training junior staff * Work independently, coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining compliance with internal policies **Your Profile** Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, Mathematics, AI, Statistics**, or a related field * **5 years of relevant NLP/AI/ML experience**, including 2 years leading LLM, Gen AI, RAG, and Agentic AI initiatives * Hands\-on expertise in **multi\-agent architectures, orchestration patterns**, **tool/memory/routing design, and integration of LLMs/agents** with enterprise systems and APIs * Experience with **agent protocols** (e.g., MCP, A2A), **open\-source agent gateways**, and proficient in **scripting languages** (especially Python); basic web development knowledge is a plus * Solid understanding of **software engineering and development cycles** * Highly motivated, structured, and self\-driven team player – adaptable with strong cross\-cultural and customer\-oriented skills * **Fluent English communication skills** **Please send us your CV in English.** **Contact:** Carla Almeida, LinkedIn **\#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.** As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game\-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
