Coordinate with data engineers, architects, and business teams ### **Job description** About the mission One of my clients — a company based near Porto — is looking for an experienced Lead Data / Data Migration Project Manager to own and drive a critical data migration initiative. This is a hands\-on project leadership role. You'll be responsible for end\-to\-end delivery: scoping, planning, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, monitoring data quality, and ensuring the project stays on track. What you'll be doing * Lead the data migration project from kickoff to go\-live * Define and maintain project scope, roadmap, and delivery milestones * Coordinate with data engineers, architects, and business teams * Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration * Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively * Report progress to senior stakeholders and client leadership ### **Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in data project management, ideally with a focus on data migration * Strong understanding of ETL processes, data governance, and data quality frameworks * Experience working with cross\-functional teams (technical \+ business) * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluent in English and Portuguese (both mandatory) * French is a significant advantage * Comfortable with a part\-time, on\-site engagement near Porto
