Sense of responsibility and team spirit Our client is an industrial company in the paints, varnishes, and other chemical products sector, currently recruiting a Production Operator for the Maia area. Responsibilities: Operate production machinery across various sectors (manufacturing, filling, metallized products, weighing, or premixing); Other tasks inherent to the role. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: 9th grade; Industrial environment experience (preferred); Forklift operation experience (preferred); Attention to detail, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism; Sense of responsibility and team spirit; Physical stamina for dynamic environments; Proactivity and willingness to learn. We Offer: Permanent contract, with a 90-day probationary period; Expected salary range: €1000/month (base salary) Other applicable remuneration components: - Monthly Operational Bonus – €200 (subject to eligibility criteria and monthly assessment); - Meal allowance – provided in kind (canteen); - Shift allowance (if applicable); - Night shift bonus (2nd shift – working beyond 00:00) – €161.17 (if applicable); Working Hours: - Day shift: 8:00–17:00 (1-hour lunch break); - Night shift: 17:00–02:00 (1-hour dinner break).   Submit your application now!
