Job Summary: A multidisciplinary consultancy seeks a Civil Engineer or Architect for supervision and management of complex construction projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-performance real estate assets. Large-scale projects with impact on the national market With over two decades of experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector, ASL is a multidisciplinary consultancy specialized in developing and coordinating complex projects, supporting developers, investors, and organizations in delivering high-performance real estate assets. **THE PROFILE WE SEEK** – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture – Over 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision – Registration with the Order of Engineers or Architects – Residence in the Greater Porto region – Valid driver’s license for light vehicles – Clear communication skills, proactive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork – Proficiency in English (B2 or C1\) **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** – Verify compliance with Execution Projects on site – Manage any project modifications during construction – Organize and coordinate periodic meetings with contractors, designers, and other stakeholders – Approve materials and equipment to be used on site – Request technical support from the design team whenever necessary – Conduct monthly measurements of works executed on site, for evaluation of measurement certificates submitted by the Contractor – Coordinate and prepare the final report closing the contract accounts – Manage extra and omitted works – Monitor handover and provisional acceptance procedures – Photographic documentation of key construction phases – Supervise commissioning tests for electrical and mechanical equipment – Compile final architectural and engineering drawings provided by the Contractor – Attend inspections conducted by competent licensing authorities – Submit requests for water and gas supply connections – Support the Contractor in submitting requests for electricity supply connections **WHAT WE OFFER** – Reference projects—large-scale and technically complex—with tangible impact on the national market – Technical responsibility from day one \- this is not a support role; it is a position with autonomy and decision-making authority – Merit-based career progression within an established company with over 20 years’ experience and a diversified client portfolio – Stability and continuity \- we work with long-term clients across diverse sectors, without dependence on any single market **Ready for the next level?** Send your application to rh@aslassociados.com *Subject: Application – Construction Supervision Engineer* Work Location: On-site
