We are currently expanding our commercial team in Porto and Gaia and seeking ambitious, communicative individuals eager to build a career with real growth. Responsibilities: Present Endesa energy solutions to individual customers and businesses; Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions; Manage and follow up on your own customer portfolio; Ensure professional support throughout the entire process; Contribute to team growth and achievement of commercial objectives. Conditions and Compensation: Paid training; Base salary + attractive commission plan; Performance-based bonuses and incentives; Potential for above-average earnings. Our sales professionals earn, on average, between €1,000 and €2,500 per month, with top performers consistently exceeding €3,000 monthly.
