Position: Offset Equipment Printer – Shift Work Location: Alfena – Valongo Start Date: Immediate Tasks and Responsibilities · Operation of Offset machines · Printing of jobs · Operation of equipment in the label and tag industry, ensuring achievement of volume and quality targets · Ensuring equipment performs as expected · Performing scheduled maintenance EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION · 9th grade education · Experience operating Offset equipment (mandatory requirement) · Experience in the graphic industry · Computer skills (Microsoft Office) · Ability to promote teamwork * Strong organizational skills * High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn * Continuous improvement orientation * Attention to errors / Ability to detect non-conformities * Ethical commitment * Results-oriented mindset * Good communication skills * Availability to work shifts * Resilience **Skills for Success** We value candidates with high rigor and strong communication skills.
