Independently or as part of a team, drafting opinions and projects of varying complexity, and performing other general and specialized support activities within common instrumental and operational areas of agencies and services. Functions performed with technical autonomy and responsibility, albeit under qualified higher-level supervision. Representing the agency or service on matters within one’s area of expertise, making technical decisions aligned with directives or higher-level guidance.
