Main Responsibilities Provision of nursing care at patients' homes Initial clinical assessment and ongoing follow-up of patients Administration of therapy and performance of nursing procedures Development and updating of care plans Clinical documentation and internal reporting Additional Responsibility Assume Technical Management of operations, ensuring clinical framework and service quality Conduct technical onboarding of new patients Supervise and support the operational team Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing Valid registration with the Portuguese Nurses' Association Experience in home care (preferred) High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and organization Strong leadership and communication skills We Offer Integration into a growing company Part-time position with technical responsibility and autonomy Dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement Terms commensurate with the role and demonstrated experience
