CATALONIA HOTELS, an expanding hotel chain, is looking for a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT for one of our hotels in the center of PORTO. The **main responsibilities** include: * Planning of tasks. * Performing preventive maintenance according to the quality manual. Completing the corresponding form. * Following corrective maintenance procedures as outlined in the quality manual. * Repairing and/or supervising breakdowns. Verifying that breakdowns are fully resolved. * Carrying out the legionella prevention process. Completing the relevant records. * Ensuring facilities comply with current regulations. * Responsible for directing the emergency plan. * Maintaining and preserving hotel facilities and furniture in perfect condition. * Diagnosing the condition of facilities and reporting to the hotel manager. * Promoting and implementing energy-saving and energy-efficiency measures. * Managing inventory and spare parts under management approval. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in a similar position. * Technical education \+ Installer certifications. * Technical knowledge (electricity, gas, water, etc.). * Commitment, rigor, and dedication.
