BRISA Group, with our support, aims to identify an Electronics Technician to join the Maintenance and Installation Coordination Team for the Northern region, based at the CO in Maia.   Reporting directly to the Regional Coordinator, this professional will be responsible for maintenance and/or installation activities across the Northern region, covering interventions from Leiria to Viana do Castelo. Predominantly operational in nature, this role involves both on-site work and remote interventions. Intervention requests will be received weekly from colleagues serving as rotating customer support agents (HelpDesk); if remote resolution is not possible, on-site intervention will be required. Additionally, support may be provided for installations—activities planned and managed by Project Managers, to whom this role reports functionally in such cases. This professional will work daytime hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except during on-call duty, when interventions may occur outside these hours or on non-working days.   Main Responsibilities: Ensure responses to requests comply with SLAs; Collaborate on preventive maintenance and installation planning; Analyze and prioritize interventions based on fault criticality; Perform remote repairs of systems/equipment and software updates; Execute repair work orders (OTs) and follow up in the system upon resolution.    Requirements: Qualification as an Electronics Technician (Level 3 / CEE) required. 12th grade or equivalent (Level 4 QNQ); Advanced computer skills, particularly in networking and Linux; English proficiency (reading and speaking), especially for technical documentation analysis; Valid driver’s license.
