Specific duties: perform consulting functions; conduct environmental assessment studies; develop systems for protecting natural, cultural, agricultural, and forestry values and resources, as well as the municipal ecological structure; carry out municipal urban planning and territorial management; program, evaluate, and apply technical and/or scientific methods and processes supporting and preparing decision-making; independently or collaboratively prepare strategic environmental assessment reports, thematic maps, natural hazard maps, rural land classification and qualification documents, rural spatial development strategies, reports and documentary materials for municipal territorial management plans; review licensing applications for extractive industries; conduct inspections; issue opinions of varying complexity levels; and perform other general or specialized support activities within common, instrumental, and operational fields of competence of departments and services; use and develop work in AutoCAD and GeoMedia, particularly data digitization, integration of diverse databases, and spatial analysis aimed at producing digital and analog cartography; perform duties with technical responsibility and autonomy, even when operating under qualified higher-level supervision; represent the department or service in matters related to one’s area of expertise, making technically grounded decisions aligned with directives or guidance from superiors. **Workplace** **Number of Positions** **Address** **Locality** **Postal Code** **District** **Municipality** Manteigas Municipal Council 1 Rua 1º de Maio Manteigas 6260101 MANTEIGAS Guarda Manteigas **Total Number of Positions:**1 **Quota for Persons with Disabilities:**0
