To continue growing and remain a reference in the sector, we are seeking new talents to join our team. **Integrated within the Construction Management (Civil Production) team, your main responsibilities will include:** * Collaborate in the coordination and technical supervision of all special installations on site; * Provide technical support to the Construction Management team regarding special installations; * Analyze and coordinate specialty design documents; * Collaborate in consultations and negotiations related to subcontracting and supply procurement for the project; * Collaborate in quality control of activities and all testing of special installations on site; * Conduct tests for various specialties, accompanied by the installer; * Collaborate in contractual management of specialties together with the Construction Management team; * Support the technical compilation process of the project for handover to the client. **Job Requirements and Competency Profile:** * Higher education degree in Electromechanical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; * Professional experience of up to 5 years in this role; * Knowledge of RTIEBT regulations; * Proficiency in CAD software; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * English language proficiency (preferred); * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Team spirit and dynamism; * Decision-making ability, autonomy, and leadership; * Willingness to travel nationwide; * Valid driver's license. **With us, you can benefit from:** * A stimulating work environment offering continuous learning and professional development opportunities; * Health insurance; * Corporate partnership agreements; * Access to the current variable remuneration model (subject to defined criteria); * Up to 3 additional vacation days per year.
