Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Director (M/F) to manage and oversee refrigeration contracts, ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and safety objectives. Key Highlights: 1. We are expanding our Refrigeration team and looking for a Project Director (M/F) to assume technical, operational, and financial management and oversight of contracts, guaranteeing compliance with defined objectives regarding quality, deadlines, costs, and safety. Main Responsibilities * Technically analyze contracts by reviewing specifications, awarded proposals, and supporting projects, ensuring adequate and timely site preparation; * Plan, coordinate, and supervise site teams, including internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to deadlines and technical requirements; * Ensure client-side project management and supervision, responding to client requests, presenting appropriate technical solutions, and negotiating additional work as needed; * Coordinate with the Procurement department to ensure timely availability of materials required for procurement and subcontracting processes, and align delivery schedules with project planning; * Monitor project progress regarding costs and revenues, ensuring budget compliance and identifying opportunities for optimization and improved profitability; * Identify and resolve issues arising during project execution, defining and implementing action plans and intervening as necessary to ensure contract effectiveness and profitability; * Coordinate project completion and handover to the client, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications, provision of required documentation, and supervision of contract acceptance procedures; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety standards and procedures, promoting a prevention-oriented culture and adherence to applicable requirements; * Manage human resources assigned to projects under responsibility, supporting team supervision, motivation, and development, and ensuring application of the Organization’s Human Resources policies. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; * Professional experience managing refrigeration contracts is highly valued; * Experience in team management and coordination; * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills; * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability; * Proactivity, autonomy, and teamwork spirit; * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with clients and subcontractors; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver’s license.
