Learn more about us at: * www.argon.pt * www.barpa.eu * www.arvielectric.com **What will be your mission?** Ensure the proper functioning of warehouse logistics operations, guaranteeing high-quality, accurate, and efficient receipt, organization, handling, and dispatch of goods — contributing to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and package goods; * Organize and store products in designated locations; * Perform loading and unloading operations; * Carry out order picking, verification, and preparation using mobile devices (pockets); * Ensure stock replenishment in picking areas; * Participate in inventory counts and stock control; * Guarantee correct product identification and packaging; * Comply with quality, safety, and best logistics practices; * Contribute to the organization and cleanliness of operational areas; * Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **We are looking for someone with** * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Good physical condition suitable for the role; * A strong sense of responsibility and accuracy; * Proactivity and initiative; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Goal orientation and commitment to deadlines; * Basic user-level computer skills; * Forklift operator training (preferred); * Experience in similar roles (preferred). **What we value** * A continuous improvement mindset; * A positive and collaborative attitude; * Willingness to learn and grow; * Commitment to quality and safety.
