Housekeeping Supervisor **Location:** Porto **Contract Type:** Full-time **Salary:** Commensurate with experience We are looking for a **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join the team at our **hostel**. We seek a candidate with proven housekeeping supervision experience, capable of leading a team and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene to deliver an outstanding experience to our guests. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team. * Plan and assign daily tasks to the team. * Ensure that rooms, dormitories, bathrooms, and common areas maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. * Conduct regular inspections of facilities and ensure quality standards are met. * Train, guide, and motivate the team. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and materials. * Collaborate with the front desk and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the hostel. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal procedures. Requirements * Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role. * Experience managing and supervising teams. * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * High attention to detail. * High standards of cleanliness and rigorous quality expectations. * Patient, responsible, and possessing excellent communication skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities effectively. * **Fluent Portuguese and English (mandatory).** * Availability to work full-time.
