In the upcoming restaurant—inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle, where Italian cuisine merges with Portuguese maritime flavors and traditions—a space is conceived for intimate dinners for two or gatherings with friends, filled with moments of relaxation and sharing, within a welcoming and convivial atmosphere**.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Participate in culinary preparation following standardized recipes and specifications established by the Head Chef. * Ensure smooth service operation according to instructions and guidelines (kitchen operations, preparation, plating/decoration, etc.). * Handle mise en place, as well as cleaning and preparation of kitchen equipment. * Monitor and inspect the condition of facilities and equipment. * Respect and enforce hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP principles. Contract Details: Position available from July 1, 2026 to September 15, inclusive, with possibility of permanent contract at the end of the season. Salary: €950 to €1,100 gross per month
