If you seek an attractive professional challenge, this project is for you! **Process Analyst Consultant** ====================================== **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze, model, and optimize business processes * Identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives * Produce functional and technical specification documentation * Support the definition of automation strategies and roadmaps * Support pre-sales activities **Profile** ---------- * Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Sciences, or related fields * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business process analysis and optimization * Knowledge of automation tools—preferably UiPath, Power Automate, or similar * Familiarity with AI applications in process automation (chatbots, NLP, Machine Learning) * Experience with process modeling (UML, BPMN, Bizagi Modeler, or similar) * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Proficiency in spoken and written English is preferred **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and credible group currently implementing multiple growth projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * A genuine opportunity for career advancement, aligned with performance and demonstrated competencies; * Competitive working conditions and social benefits in effect at the company (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
