RESPONSIBILITIES * Handle non-conformities, customer and supplier complaints, and manage product returns. * Collaborate in the ESA Management System, participating in the development and revision of manuals and procedures. * Ensure traceability and compliance with food safety and environmental standards. • Perform physical tests in the laboratory and analyze results, ensuring conformity with specifications. * Support internal training and employee awareness in the areas of quality and environment. PROFILE * Bachelor's degree in Quality or related fields; minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Training in HACCP, Good Food Safety Practices, Food Defense and Food Fraud (preferable). * Knowledge of environmental standards (14001:2015\) and FSSC 22000 (preferable). * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong sense of responsibility. * Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
