Job Description: Teach For Portugal (TFP) is an organization dedicated to ensuring that all children have access to quality education, regardless of the context into which they are born. As a TFP Mentor, you will join, for two years, an educational community in a context of vulnerability, support teachers in the classroom, and lead projects aimed at creating a future with greater opportunities for students. What we offer: A two-year, intensive, paid leadership development program with over 300 hours of training. Individualized support from a pedagogical tutor and career mentoring. Job shadowing in educational and social contexts. Gross remuneration of €29,000 (distributed over the 22-month contract period).
