Noesis is looking for an experienced Solutions/Applications Architect to technically lead the migration of a large portfolio of on\-premise applications to Microsoft Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in system architecture with management and coordination skills (also acting as Technical Project Manager), serving as the focal point between development teams, infrastructure, vendors, and software manufacturers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Migration Strategy: Define the optimal migration strategy for each application (rehosting, replatforming, refactoring), interacting with stakeholders (internal and external) to define target solutions on Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Containers, App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, etc.). * Assessment and Planning: Conduct cloud readiness assessments, evaluate the context and characteristics of each application and underlying technologies (OutSystems, TIBCO, JasperSoft, .NET, Java, Third party, etc.), define roadmap, priorities, and identify dependencies. * Design and Governance: Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures on Azure. Ensure compliance with security best practices, governance, cost optimization on Azure, and internal architectural guidelines. * Modernization and DevOps: Support development teams in modernization efforts and in defining CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. * Coordination and Documentation: Plan migrations in a structured, coordinated, and compliant manner. Produce technical documentation and support presentations in English for stakeholders. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in Solutions/System Architecture and migrating on\-premise applications to Microsoft Azure. * English (minimum B2 level). **Location (in one of the following offices)**: Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, Proença\-a\-Nova, Covilhã or Castelo Branco.
