Assist with cleaning, basic maintenance, and organization of the workstation A CAPA, S.A., a metalworking and pre\-fabricated construction company specializing in modular construction, seeks to recruit for its headquarters in Valongo: **METALWORKING MACHINE OPERATOR** **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the setup, fine-tuning, and operation of industrial machines and tools * Verify dimensions, angles, and bend quality, ensuring compliance with technical specifications * Feed, identify, and organize materials, including sheets, tools, dies, and punches * Assist with cleaning, basic maintenance, and organization of the workstation * Report quality deviations, equipment failures, or anomalies to the area supervisor * Collaborate on the continuous improvement of production processes and optimization of workflow * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and proper use of PPE **Requirements:** * Minimum education: 9th grade * Minimum 3 months’ experience operating machines * Basic knowledge of measurement and metrology, particularly use of calipers * Fundamental understanding of metalworking * Ability to learn, sense of responsibility * Adaptability to an industrial environment and willingness to work in a team * Correct use of equipment according to available IT documents, supplier instructions, and supervisors’ guidance * Attendance and punctuality **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid and expanding company; Employment contract: Continuous training; Remuneration commensurate with the role; Work location: On\-site
