Are you passionate about digital and the web universe? We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Web Designer capable of turning ideas into memorable digital experiences. If you have a refined eye for design and a curious mind about technology, we want to meet\-you! Main Responsibilities: Web Design and Development * Create and update website layouts for the brand, ensuring intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing navigation; * Design high-performance, conversion-optimized landing pages for digital campaigns; * Ensure visual consistency across the website, e\-commerce platform, and other digital channels. Digital Content Management: * Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to adapt visual content for the web; * Optimize images, banners, and creatives to ensure fast loading times and visual quality; * Implement and update content in CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar). Digital Marketing \& Trends: * Support the performance team in creating creatives for paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.); * Research and apply digital design trends to keep the brand current and competitive; * Work closely with creative teams to align the brand’s digital presence with industry trends. What We’re Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Web Design, or related fields; * Proven experience of \+ 3 years in digital design and web interface development; * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, XD, and others; * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (a plus); * Experience with e\-commerce platforms and CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.); * Strong aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to translate ideas into effective visual solutions; * Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects simultaneously; * Creativity and proactivity in seeking innovative solutions. Languages: * Portuguese: mandatory; * English: highly valued; * Spanish: an advantage.
