Our Manufacturing Excellence team helps us improve the efficiency, quality, and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develops new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers. **Responsibilities** * Organize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. * Define intervention priorities. * Develop maintenance plans. * Lead the maintenance technician team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and support team development. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Guarantee that interventions follow established procedures and legal requirements. * Promote a workplace safety culture. * Coordinate responses to equipment failures. * Analyze root causes of recurring issues. * Implement corrective and preventive actions. * Identify opportunities to optimize equipment performance. * Monitor KPIs. * Manage the maintenance budget in alignment with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager. **What We’re Looking For** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Proven experience supervising maintenance teams. * Expertise in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electricity—with emphasis on electricity. * Proficiency in SAP software. * Advanced Excel skills. * Leadership capability. * Conflict management skills. * Rapid problem-solving ability. * Resilience. * Pressure tolerance. * Analytical and critical thinking skills. * Proactivity. * English language proficiency. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing multinational company. * Permanent employment contract. * On-site cafeteria. * Life and health insurance. **Equality** We believe the best teams are built like great homes: on solid foundations and with space to grow.
