Responsibilities: - Ensure proper operation of the manufacturing line and guarantee that production complies with product specifications; - Follow QESH system procedures and work instructions; - Report incidents and accidents; - Comply with procedures and work instructions; - Perform tasks essential to the proper operation of production lines, operating assigned machines; - Carry out inspections specified in the control plan, working under self-control; - Segregate defective products; - Implement actions indicated in the BRC plan; - Complete quality, cleaning, waste, and order change records; - Maintain one’s work area clean and organized in accordance with the 5S policy; - Comply with, and ensure others comply with, safety and environmental rules as implemented by the company; - Comply with current food safety standards in the company.
