Job Summary: We are seeking a central operator / civil telephone operator to receive and process emergency calls, activate emergency response resources, and provide administrative support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and process calls (routine and emergency) 2. Activate appropriate emergency response resources and record relevant incident information 3. Handle incidents and schedule transportation The Humanitarian Association of the Volunteer Firefighters of Arruda dos Vinhos is seeking a central operator / civil telephone operator (m/f). FUNCTION: \- Receive and process routine and emergency calls; \- Activate appropriate emergency response resources and record relevant information for each incident; \- Handle incidents and schedule transportation; \- Provide administrative support. PROFILE: \- Proficiency in user-level computer applications; \- Minimum educational qualification as of date of birth; \- Clear communication skills; \- Immediate and/or short-term availability.
