We are looking for a Food Production Line Supervisor to join a leading company in the food industry. If you have experience in a manufacturing environment, a strong sense of responsibility, and a focus on quality and food safety, this is your opportunity to make a difference within a team dedicated to delivering excellence in products! Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting and coordinating the team; - Managing raw material supply on the production line; - Adhering to production orders and recipes; - Complying with food safety and hygiene regulations; - Reporting incidents; - Training and onboarding new employees (as required). What you must ensure: - Completion of compulsory schooling (9th grade); - Training in Food Hygiene and Safety; - Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles; - Availability to work rotating shifts between 06:00 and 02:00. What we offer: - Base salary commensurate with demonstrated experience; - Meal allowance: €5; - Attendance bonus: €25; - Night shift pay.
