Potential for professional growth and development **We are looking for a Civil Engineer** A construction company undergoing expansion seeks a **Civil Engineer** to join its technical team, focusing on construction site management and cost estimation in the **Greater Lisbon** area. **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in **Site Management/Construction Management**; * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **MS Project**, and **Microsoft Office**; * Ability to **interpret technical drawings and specifications**; * Solid knowledge of various phases and techniques of civil construction; * **Initiative, proactivity, and resilience**; * Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills; * Leadership spirit and ability to manage teams; * Immediate availability and willingness to travel across mainland Portugal; * Valid driver's license; **Main Responsibilities** * Technical supervision and management of ongoing construction projects * Planning and control of resources, deadlines, and costs * Cost estimation and analysis of proposals * Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors * Ensuring compliance with **quality, safety, and environmental** requirements * Guaranteeing execution of objectives defined in the construction plan **What We Offer** * Full-time employment contract (40 hours/week) * **Competitive remuneration** commensurate with experience and responsibilities * Integration into a new project offering **growth potential** and professional development Employment Type: Full-time Educational Requirements: * Higher education (preferred)
