Be part of a Great Place to Work®: we’ve been certified for three consecutive years as an outstanding place to work — celebrating diversity, authenticity, teamwork, and collaboration. **WHAT WE OFFER?** A benefits package designed to care for you both inside and outside of work: * 22 natural days of annual vacation \+ 4 additional beauty rest days. * Health insurance with employer contribution after completion of the first contract. * Semiannual product fund. * Longevity bonuses. ### **Job responsibilities** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships and maximizing loyalty. * Convey passion and the Benefit DNA in every interaction. * Fully manage the Brow Bar: achieve commercial objectives, ensure customer experience, manage stock, visual presentation, and merchandising. * Perform makeup and eyebrow services (waxing, tinting, and brow lamination) in line with the brand’s excellence standards. * Collaborate closely with the Benefit team and Sephora management to ensure the success of the point of sale. * Stay\-up\-to\-date on industry trends and competitor developments. ### **Profile** **PROFILE** * Education in Aesthetics, Makeup, or Personal Image. * Minimum two years’ experience in cosmetics, fragrance, or specialized retail sales. Experience performing eyebrow waxing is highly valued. * English proficiency is an advantage. * Availability for full-time hours. * Customer- and results-oriented, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, autonomy, initiative, and proactivity. **These positions are available at Sephora ECI Gaia, Sephora NorteShopping, and Sephora Matosinhos stores.** ### **Additional information** *LVMH Beauty Iberia believes in the unique talent of every individual and celebrates all forms of uniqueness.
