Position: Architect – URBAN OBRAS **SANTO TIRSO** Job Description: · Development of architectural projects, primarily renovations and rehabilitations; · Client presentations and negotiations; · Analysis and preparation of commercial proposals; · Project planning and site preparation; · Budgeting; · Site supervision; · Communication with suppliers and clients. Requirements: · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; · Experience and ability to interact effectively with clients; · Experience in design projects; · Experience in site supervision (minimum 2 years); · Ability to create 3D designs (not mandatory); · Sensitivity towards Interior Design; · Professional appearance.
