We aim to hire a Construction Director (M/F) for the Porto region. Job Description: \- Plan and coordinate site activities, monitor execution, analyze costs and revenues, ensure billing, and communicate site expenditures; \- Develop, review, and monitor the overall project schedule; \- Coordinate with operational support departments, particularly regarding identification of physical resource needs (equipment and materials), human resources, and operational management; \- Plan, prepare, and participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors; \- Define, implement, and monitor construction plans and supervise processes related to Quality, Environment, and Safety. Job Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; \- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles; \- Ability to work effectively in a team; \- Strong communication and conflict management skills; \- Valid driver's license.
