Focus on customer service and well-being **Are you looking for a new opportunity before vacation, or do you want to start the second semester with a more rewarding career, above-average income, and realistic growth prospects?** Audição Activa, a leading Portuguese company in hearing aids and part of the multinational Active Hearing Group, continues to grow and is recruiting **Receptionists** for **our stores in the North** to join this successful and rapidly expanding project. **Your responsibilities will include:** \- Ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer welcome; \- Making telephone calls (inbound and outbound); \- Presenting and promoting commercial campaigns and new products; \- Scheduling assessments and managing customer appointments. **We are looking for candidates who have:** \- Completion of 12th grade; \- Strong communication and customer service skills; \- An organized and proactive mindset; \- Telemarketing experience (preferred); \- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (mandatory requirements); \- Availability to work **rotating shifts** across **all** these locations: Braga, Espinho, Maia, Matosinhos, Ovar, Porto, Ponte de Lima, Santo Tirso, Viana do Castelo, Vila Nova de Famalicão, and others; \- Preferential residence in Viana do Castelo/Braga/V.N.
