Job Summary: VIDÓR is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Joiner to join our construction site teams, responsible for carrying out carpentry work, reading technical drawings, and assembling wooden components. In light of our continuous growth and expansion, we are looking for an experienced **Carpenter / Joiner** to join our construction site teams. **Position:** Carpenter / Joiner **Location:** Porto **Main Responsibilities:** * Execution of carpentry work on construction sites (formwork, structures, and/or finishes); * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings; * Assembly and disassembly of wooden and wood-derived components; * Support across various construction phases; * Strict compliance with on-site safety and quality standards; * Collaboration with other team members to ensure smooth workflow; * Other tasks inherent to the role. **Candidate Requirements:** * Proven experience as a construction carpenter; * Ability to perform tasks autonomously, without constant supervision; * Experience in formwork carpentry and/or finishing carpentry on construction sites (eliminatory criterion); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mandatory); * Proficiency in manual and electric carpentry tools; * High precision in execution, measurements, and finishes; * Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and deadline adherence; * Ability to work effectively as part of a team on construction sites; * Dynamic and proactive profile; * Driver’s license (valued); * **We seek experienced professionals—not assistants or early-career candidates.** **Benefits:** * Competitive remuneration package, including Base Salary, Meal Allowance, and other benefits; * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Opportunity for career progression; * Continuous training. **Application:** To apply, please send your CV to **rh@vidor.pt** Job Type: Full\-time Compensation: €1,300.00 \- €1,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site
