Dynamic work environment We are recruiting a **Hostel Receptionist** to join our team at Fantasy Hostel Porto. We seek a responsible, dynamic, and highly customer-oriented individual capable of delivering an outstanding experience to our guests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Guest reception and welcoming (check\-in and check\-out) * Reservation management and administrative support * Providing tourist information and general assistance to guests * Ensuring a welcoming and professional environment * Resolving issues and supporting complaint management **Mandatory Requirements:** * Fluency in **Portuguese and English** * Experience in **customer service** * **Experience in hotel/hostel front desk operations** * Good user-level computer skills * Punctuality and attendance * Strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of **hostel management systems / reservation management systems** * Knowledge of **additional languages** * An **empathetic, patient, and stress-resilient** individual * Ability to interact with **people from diverse cultures and backgrounds** * Team spirit and positive attitude **We Offer:** * Integration into a young and multicultural team * Dynamic work environment * Terms to be defined according to demonstrated experience \*Submit CV with updated photo\* \*Only CVs with photo will be accepted\* Type of Position: Full-time Experience: * reception: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
