Opportunities for career advancement within the company MESMOVALOR Group seeks to strengthen its team with a Civil Engineer who will play an active role in the technical supervision of our residential developments, ensuring coordination among management, external entities, and contractors from the design phase through to project completion. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical supervision of developments across all development phases; * Coordinate and integrate architectural, specialty, and licensing projects; * Monitor and supervise construction execution, ensuring compliance with designs, deadlines, quality standards, and budget; * Support licensing procedures and ensure coordination with competent authorities; * Analyze quantity surveys, budgets, supplementary works, errors and omissions, and their respective financial impacts; * Evaluate technical solutions and support management decision-making; * Promote coordination among designers, supervisors, contractors, and other stakeholders; * Monitor construction schedules, identify deviations, and propose corrective measures; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sound construction practices; * Participate in site inspections, project handovers, and delivery processes. **Required Profile** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical supervision, construction inspection, or construction management, preferably in the residential sector; * Solid knowledge of project integration, licensing procedures, and construction execution; * Experience in quantity surveying, budgeting, and analysis of supplementary works; * Ability to read and interpret architectural and specialty drawings; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with MS Project and/or BIM is an advantage; * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and autonomy; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; * Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making capacity; * Willingness to conduct regular on-site construction supervision; * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing real estate development group with an active portfolio of 18 developments; * Collaborative, dynamic work environment with direct contact with management; * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies; * Opportunities for career advancement within the company. **Applications** * Send your CV to **recrutamento.mesmovalor@gmail.com**, with the subject line "Civil Engineer – Porto".
