This is a high\-impact role for a hands\-on yet **strategic professional**, with **strong technical awareness**, **analytical thinking** and **leadership skills**, who thrives in a fast\-paced and operationally complex environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the **supervision and continuous improvement of our maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control and operational excellence across our property portfolio**. You will play a key role in shaping maintenance strategy, optimizing processes and supporting the scalability of Host Wise’s operations. * **Oversee** **Maintenance Operations**, managing priorities, capacity planning and performance (costs and quality). * **Provide technical and analytical oversight of maintenance activities**, identifying recurring issues and defining corrective and preventive actions. * **Improve operational efficiency** through process optimization, preventive maintenance and **continuous improvement** initiatives. * **Control maintenance costs and budgets**, including supplier management and cost\-efficiency actions. * Support the **Implementations Team by assisting the current manager** in planning and coordinating new property onboardings. * Organize and prepare the **invoicing process for maintenance services provided** to property owners. **Skills for the role** * **3\+ years of professional experience** (operations, maintenance or facilities management is a plus). * **Higher education degree** (Civil Engineering is a plus). * **Strong analytical skills**, with hands\-on experience using **Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.** * **Proven ability to optimize processes and manage costs**, including budget control, supplier negotiation and performance tracking. * **Strong leadership and communication skills**, with the ability to work cross\-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
