Job Description The Senior Expert Enablement Consultant is responsible for ensuring the needs of the Business Partner are met from a technical perspective, through training (making sure the BP is properly trained), quality (ensuring they follow Sage’s established methodology and procedures), and expert services (offering the BP the possibility to contract professional services to support their projects or address needs the BP may not be prepared for). \*\*\* Please note that this role is hybrid and will require you to work 3 days a week from our Oporto, Portugal office. \*\*\* Since building trust\-based relationships is critical, two characteristics are essential: technical knowledge of the S50 Loja application (as this is the system that supports the BPs) and fluency in Portuguese. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Portuguese Business Partners to provide technical support in identifying the best solutions for clients. - Monitor and support Business Partners to ensure they have the necessary resources, training, and certifications in the Sage solutions they implement. - Participate in workshops and meetings with Business Partners to strengthen their technical engagement with Sage. - Build trusted relationships with Business Partners to foster their growth in the short, medium, and long term. - Ensure customer satisfaction with the Business Partners’ services.
