Personal and professional development and training in the field of activity We are Pinto \& Cruz Motores e Equipamentos, a company within the Pinto \& Cruz Group, specializing in the sale, assembly, and technical assistance of lifting equipment and construction machinery. We are expanding our team in Porto by hiring an Operations Support Technician. Responsibilities * Telephone, email, and in-person customer service, providing information and resolving technical and/or operational issues; * Diagnosis and quotation of parts and equipment; * Collaboration with the sales team and suppliers; * Support for logistics operations (including receipt, dispatch, and inventory control of parts and equipment); * Collaboration with technical teams in equipment configuration. Profile Do you have strong communication skills? Are you responsible and dynamic? Can you solve problems?
