The Company: We are expanding our team to support the growth of projects in industrial robotics and automation, with a particular focus on intralogistic solutions and system integration. We seek a technically skilled professional capable of transforming operational requirements into robust, feasible, and well-dimensioned solutions. The Role: You will play a central role in the technical analysis of projects, solution definition, and support for proposal preparation. This role combines fieldwork, process analysis, solution design, and interaction with technical and commercial teams. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct technical surveys at client sites and analyze operational workflows. * Define technical solutions integrating mobile robotics, automation, mechanics, and software. * Support the preparation of technical proposals and budgeting. * Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities for improvement in each project. * Collaborate with commissioning, maintenance, and project management teams. * Support the transition from the commercial phase to the implementation phase. * Contribute to solution standardization and continuous improvement of internal processes. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field. * Experience in industrial automation or system integration. * Critical analytical ability, organizational skills, and autonomy. * Ability to interpret technical processes and translate them into practical solutions. * Strong communication skills with both technical and commercial teams. * Knowledge of PLCs, industrial I/O, and CAD. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with AMRs, AGVs, warehouse automation, or intralogistics projects. * Experience in technical pre-sales or a similar function. * A pragmatic mindset, technical rigor, and decision-making capability. * Interest in multidisciplinary projects and highly demanding technical environments.
