We are looking for a sales associate for our Clérigos store (Porto) to cover holidays from 20/7/2026 to 18/09/2026. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for delivering a differentiated sales experience to our customers, raising awareness of the company’s philosophy and culture to effectively boost sales and foster loyalty. * Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs (conversion rate, UPT, average transaction value) and comply with AD service quality standards. * Improve acquisition of potential customers, thereby increasing conversion rates. — Convey the essence and qualities of the products we sell, providing technically sound and professional arguments aligned with our values. * Assist customers in creating total looks. * Guide and support customers throughout the entire sales process, including post-sales follow-up and loyalty building. * Encourage customers to join the Experience loyalty club, clearly explaining all benefits they would enjoy as club members. * Act as a company ambassador, successfully converting potential customers into loyal customers. * Maintain appropriate product presentation across displays, hangers, shelves, walls, shop windows, mannequins, drawers, and tables, while ensuring overall store cleanliness. * Verify that merchandise is correctly labeled, security-tagged, and properly demarcated; maintain warehouse organization according to brand standards. * Collaborate on product transfers, orders, returns, and exchanges. * Perform cashier duties. * Maintain personal appearance and grooming in line with the company’s style standards and uniform requirements. **Required Qualifications:** * High school diploma (12th grade). * Experience in fashion. * Minimum one year of experience in luxury or premium brands. * Proficiency in Word and Excel. * English. * Commercial indicator monitoring and management.
