Your role Key responsibilities in your new role * **Project Coordination**: Monitor and track action items, timelines, and follow\-ups for AI Solutions and digital transformation projects * **Communication Development**: Create engaging presentations, reports, and communication materials; ensure clear and consistent messaging for Human Resources and other stakeholders during project rollouts * **Information Management**: Organize project information and maintain documentation repositories; Assist in preparing status updates and summaries for leadership communication * **Training \& Enablement**: Assist in developing training materials and internal communications to support employee engagement with new tools and processes * **Meeting \& Event Logistics**: Coordinate the scheduling, preparation, and facilitation of meetings, workshops, and project sessions Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * **Education**: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Communications, or a similar field * **Interests and Experience**: Interest in digital HR topics, AI, and transformation initiatives; Experience with Agile Methodologies and Project Management is a plus * **Presentation Skills**: Good communication and presentation skills; Ability to prepare appealing and clean slides and written communication in English * **Tools**: A good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Knowledge of Jira is a plus * **Working style**: Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working; Good collaboration skills and ability to work with different stakeholders * **Language skills**: Fluency in English Please apply with your **CV in English**. \#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
