




Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Shift Coordinator to lead and develop a team, ensuring process standardization and compliance with standards in an industrial environment. Ensuring operational safety and production quality **Location:**Felgueiras, Felgueiras, PT **Job Family:** Manufacturing **Country/Region:** Portugal **Production Shift Coordinator** (m/f/x) *\[English version further down]* **Main Responsibilities:** * **Lead and develop a team of approximately 30 operators**, with a strong focus on people, performance, and process standardization; * Ensure proper allocation of resources (materials, equipment, and personnel) according to the production plan; * Participate in the employee performance evaluation process in coordination with management hierarchy; * Manage attendance, shift scheduling, and staff allocation; * Collect and analyze production, quality, and equipment performance data, implementing improvements in work methods; * Ensure compliance with and standardization of production processes on the shop floor; * Ensure operational safety, cleanliness, and organization of the production area, guaranteeing compliance with procedures, internal standards, and performance indicators (KPIs); * Audit the correct completion of Production, Quality, and other mandatory documentation; * Collaborate closely with various support departments (Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistics, etc.); * Ensure compliance with Coloplast’s conduct, safety, and quality policies on the shop floor; **For this role, we seek someone who has:** * Minimum of **3 years of experience in team leadership roles within an industrial environment;** * Strong vocation for **people management**, team development, and creation of structured work environments; * Experience in **process standardization and continuous improvement;** * Higher education degree in **Engineering** (preferred) or technical training in Production, Quality, or related fields; * Experience in the **pharmaceutical, medical devices, automotive, or aerospace industries** will be highly valued; * Solid knowledge of production processes; * English language proficiency at **A2 level or higher** (CEFR); * Availability to work fixed **night shift;** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Preferred Qualifications and Knowledge:** * Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field; * Knowledge and practical experience with **Lean tools;** * English language proficiency at **A2 level or higher** (CEFR). **Required Skills and Competencies:** * Strong leadership and team management capabilities. * Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills. * People-, process-, and results-oriented mindset. * High sense of responsibility, proactivity, and autonomy. * Ability to work collaboratively in demanding industrial environments. * Attention to detail and rigor in adherence to standards and work instructions. * Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. * Continuous improvement mindset and focus on internal customers.
