The **Centro de Produção Douro Production Management** of EDP Produção, whose mission is to coordinate the operational performance of systems and equipment within its specialty area, participate in defining maintenance policies, and ensure their implementation through specialized technological maintenance and safety plans and procedures—enhancing the normal operation of facilities and equipment as well as maintaining established safety and environmental standards—wants to strengthen its Mechanical Maintenance team at the Crestuma Hydroelectric Power Plant: **What you will do:** * Actively supervise maintenance teams within the geographic scope of HDR, specifically in mechanical maintenance tasks. * Participate in fault diagnostics and collaborate in their resolution. * Monitor and oversee projects, including large investment projects and smaller maintenance or improvement works. * Be able to read mechanical diagrams and drawings. * Prepare reports on various activities and report them to higher management. * Lead small maintenance teams. **Contract Type:** Permanent Contract **Work Model:** Onsite ***Work Location:***Porto **What we are looking for:** * Secondary education (12th grade) in technical\-professional courses such as Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, Mechanical Welder, or related fields; * Professional experience of more than 2 years in technical areas, preferably in Mechanical Maintenance, particularly in Hydroelectric Power Plants. * Proficiency in machine tools and workshop operations. * Valid driver's license and availability for travel (mandatory); * Proficiency in Office tools (mandatory) and SAP (desirable). * Knowledge of English language (preferable); * Collaboration and networking skills, ability to handle pressure, agility and responsiveness, curiosity and self\-development, good interpersonal relationships, and teamwork spirit are competencies we value.
